Cancellation Policy for Placerville Sauna To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the start time of your booked session. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the start time will not be refunded. You may reschedule your session up to 2 hours before the start time. Rescheduling requests made within 2 hour of the start time will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
