This experience isn’t about simply enduring the heat—it’s about embracing it with intention, steady breath, and a resilient mind. WHAT TO EXPECT: Throughout the session, the heat builds, the steam builds, and the music builds, creating an immersive journey that grows in intensity with each round. Our sauna guide crafts powerful waves of löyly by pouring water over the hot stones, while fresh birch branches are gently wafted through the air, releasing the crisp aroma of the Scandinavian forest and honoring a centuries-old Finnish sauna tradition. Come prepared for a HOT session. 3 rounds of sauna and two cold plunges. 15 Minute sauna rounds. 190-200°F. Plunge 46°F

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Placerville Sauna To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Seating Policy – Placerville Sauna Open Sit Sessions Seating is first come, first serve. Spots may not be reserved. Guests must remove their towel each time they leave the sauna. Leaving items behind does not hold your seat. Please note that you are not guaranteed the same spot between rounds. Guided Sessions Entry is organized by arrival order. Guests may reserve a place in line upon arrival, but this is optional. Once inside the sauna, your seat is yours for all three rounds of the session. Guests are welcome to switch seats or offer their spot to others if they choose.
