Book a private infrared sauna session for up to one hour and enjoy exclusive access to our lounge and cold plunge. The sauna gently heats to 140°F, with optional red light therapy available to enhance your experience. Infrared light penetrates the skin to support detoxification, boost circulation, and encourage natural collagen production for improved skin health. After your session, relax in our lounge or invigorate yourself with a cold plunge—both included for all guests. Up to 2 guests per booking.
