Session Type: Self-Guided / Social Experience Level: All Heat Level: (170-180°F)🔥🔥 Duration: 2 hours Drop in anytime between 4pm-6pm and stay as long as you'd like! Only $20. Coral will be facilitating optional guided plunges. We will periodically host rounds of Aufguss (aromatic steam and towel waiving). Both Saunas will be available. FORMAT: • Unstructured sauna & plunge access • Optional guides cold plunges • Self-paced rotations • Community atmosphere • Music, snacks, and a fun atmosphere
