Session Type: Grounding Heat Level: 🔥🔥 Duration: 60 Minutes 3 Rounds of Sauna x 2 Cold Plunges Experience Level: Beginner Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and aromas of nature during this forest-inspired sauna experience. Using moderate heat and a thoughtfully layered blend of woody, floral, and earthy essential-oil aromas, each session is designed to create a grounding, restorative atmosphere that invites you to slow down and fully unwind. Experiences vary from session to session, with scent and soundscapes inspired by alpine forests, the Sierra Nevadas, rainforests, and other wild landscapes. Aromas: The air is infused with forest-inspired notes ranging from crisp and resinous woods to soft florals and rich earth tones. These layered scents enhance the overall sauna ritual, helping create a peaceful, grounded environment for relaxation and renewal.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Placerville Sauna To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Seating Policy – Placerville Sauna Open Sit Sessions Seating is first come, first serve. Spots may not be reserved. Guests must remove their towel each time they leave the sauna. Leaving items behind does not hold your seat. Please note that you are not guaranteed the same spot between rounds. Guided Sessions Entry is organized by arrival order. Guests may reserve a place in line upon arrival, but this is optional. Once inside the sauna, your seat is yours for all three rounds of the session. Guests are welcome to switch seats or offer their spot to others if they choose.
