During Banya Sit you can not reenter if you leave during the session. Cancellation Policy for Placerville Sauna This policy outlines the terms under which clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments at Placerville Sauna without incurring penalties. Cancellation Terms Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their appointments up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to the start time will incur a full charge for the class. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty, provided that a new appointment is confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of its new start time.
