Sound Healing & Sauna

Sound Healing & Sauna is a guided journey to clear out what you’re ready to release and recharge what you want to grow. Crystal sound bowls will be played inside the sauna and outside by the cold plunge, using tones connected to the 7 chakras to help balance your energy centers and drop you into deep relaxation.​

Across several rounds, you’ll move through intention setting, chakra‑focused sound baths, and optional open discussion to name what you’re letting go of and what you’re calling in. The combination of heat, cold, vibration, and breath is designed to help you shed stuck or negative energy, set new goals from a grounded place, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and subtly recharged from the inside out.
