Multidimensional Masculinity

An evening of practice and conversation for men who sense there’s more to manhood than success, status, and burnout.

This introductory workshop weaves Patanjali’s yoga philosophy with Joanna Macy’s Work that Reconnects to explore a wider, deeper story of what it means to be a man in a changing world. Through simple guided practices, reflection, and group dialogue, participants will look beyond “modern & materialistic” definitions of masculinity and into qualities like presence, courage, compassion, and responsibility to self, others, and the living world.​

Together, the group will touch core ideas from the Yoga Sutras—like working skillfully with the mind and living from clear inner values—alongside the Work that Reconnects spiral of gratitude, honoring our pain, seeing with new eyes, and going forth with purpose.
