About the event

This workshop features two low-heat sauna sessions guided by Etherealglowgirl, who will lead you through a lymph drainage routine. Refreshments and snacks will be provided between sessions. Join us for a lymph drainage experience!


What to Bring:

  • Swimwear for sauna and plunge sessions

  • Two towels (one for sitting, one for drying)

  • Water bottle

  • Flip-flops or sandals
